Group coaching provides you with a custom coaching program while also immersing you in a community with other individuals seeking to grow and excel in the same area. In addition to working with Morenike, the group becomes an added resource where members can turn to problem-solve, brainstorm, and provide observations or insights.

Morenike will create a customized 12-week coaching program that will focus on a specific set of goals or challenges that all individuals in the group are looking to address. Examples of potential focus areas are managing difficult conversations, developing an authentic brand, navigating challenging company culture, effectively delivering and receiving feedback, on-boarding new executives, negotiating salary increases, mindset shifts, overcoming limiting beliefs, how to start a business, and cultivating high performing teams.
Every week participants will receive new trainings and can participate in a live, one-hour Q&A session with Morenike. During that session, she will address any questions to accelerate implementation of the strategies and techniques as well as provide an opportunity for live coaching. Additionally, participants will have access to a private coaching community where participants can provide on-going support to one another both during the course and beyond.
