Morenike Williams is an experienced senior legal executive, with over 15 years of experience navigating top law firms and corporations, both domestically and internationally. She is an enterprise-level thought partner and trusted advisor to senior executives who flourishes in high pressure environments and is adept at driving business and legal priorities through cross-divisional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Morenike understands firsthand many of the challenges her clients face daily and combines that knowledge and the strategies she acquired over the years, with her coaching training, to deliver focused and impactful coaching programs in a way that uniquely relates to and resonates with clients. 

i'm not about:

Letting fear sit in the driver’s seat, which will limit how far I go in life and whether my dreams become reality. Fear is like a fun house mirror that keeps us in spaces that appear safe and distorts the amount danger associated with the place where our dreams reside.

Traveling the world (post-pandemic); relaxing with a good book; binging the latest Netflix series; watching church service with my mom on Sundays; studying Spanish; crocheting; or learning about real estate, cryptocurrency, venture capital, and social impact investing.

daily rituals:

Journaling; praying; reading; quiet reflection time; some form of self-care; end of day gratitude list; creating a “win” list (i.e., my day is a win once I get these three things done regardless of what else happens).
