Who is behind reVision Organizing & Coaching?

Much like the people she coaches today, Della Smith was not always working at her dream job. After several life changes and more than 20 years in the human resources field, she became determined to find the career that matched her life’s purpose.

After helping several women amongst her friends and family find their own solutions to similar issues, Della decided to put her coaching talents to use and founded reVision Organizing and Coaching. Combining her passion to help others with her natural ability to organize and create order, Della is prepared to help women to achieve what they thought might not be possible – soaring past perceived roadblocks to find purpose and satisfaction in life.

Della has a bachelor’s in business, an MBA in human resources and a certification in human resources. She is also certified with Coaching Training Alliance as a life coach.
